KAYLA MATUZIK

Hi, I'm Kayla, owner of Coast Fitness Scarborough and your coach for around 90% of the sessions each week.  My goal is to have every member feel welcomed, challenged and inspired when they step into our studio.

Role at Coast? Coach, motivator, program curator and whip-cracker (Amoungst many other things)

Favourite class at Coast? CONDITION

Why did you become a personal trainer? I became a PT straight out of high school as a way to fill my gap year.  Then I realised... As a coach, you have the power to change someone's life.  Once I experienced this, I couldn't see myself doing anything else.

Achievements

  • 12 years of competitive gymnastics

  • Completing the HBF Run for a Reason half marathon (21km)

  • Opening Coast Fitness

NICOLE CIFELLI

I am a Coach who believes in a holistic approach to wellness - my belief is that fitness extends beyond the gym and how you look on the outside. It encompasses the health of your mind, body, beliefs and drive. I work with my clients on all facets to live a fulfilled life where longevity of healthy living is key.
