Our group sessions remain small as we believe technique is imperative in all fitness programs. We recognise each individual and can modify workouts to suit all ages, abilities, injuries and everything in between. We are here to support you in every aspect of your health and your fitness.

Coast is by far the best gym I have ever been to! I love all 3 classes- sweat, lift and condition. The programming is very structured and there is so much variety, I never get bored attending 5 classes a week. Options for all fitness levels and the time slots are great, allowing lots of options and an easy booking system. The trainers are so dedicated and have created a great community, I love Coast!

10/10 would recommend this gym! All three classes are amazing and the trainers are so lovely and care about your progress. The LIFT classes in particular, I've seen so much progress from. I've never felt stronger! Absolutely love Coast
