A Member Focused Approach

Our group sessions remain small as we believe technique is imperative in all fitness programs. We recognise each individual and can modify workouts to suit all ages, abilities, injuries and everything in between. We are here to support you in every aspect of your health and your fitness.

I'm a new member, where do I start?

Firstly, welcome! We are excited to have you on board. To get started, click here to sign up to our booking system Mindbody, or you can download the Coast Fitness app to purchase our trial or any other pricing option. Once you have activated your account, you can then book and cancel your classes through the app.

Are bookings required?

As we have a limited number of 12 participants per class, bookings are essential.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all! We have members who have been training for years and members who have never stepped foot in a gym before starting with us. Our recommendation for new members is to take advantage of our trial options. This allows you to get the full experience of what training at Coast Fitness is all about. It allows you enough time to ease yourself into training without rushing the experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

For all classes, we require 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations. For example, if you are booked in for a 6 a.m. session the next day, you will need to cancel out of that session before 6 p.m. the night before to avoid being charged. We do allow for same-day rescheduling of sessions if we are notified by phone or email. This allows us to deliver a consistent training experience to all our valued clients.
